The focus of your attention shapes your reality.
My approach
I integrate a range of holistic and therapeutic practices designed to explore past wounds and trauma, while promoting personal acceptance and empowerment. Central to my work is the belief that learning to love and accept ourselves as we are is transformative. Self-love is a vital part of this journey, as it helps us shift our perspectives on the thoughts and beliefs that often keep us stuck in unhelpful patterns. By cultivating self-acceptance and self-compassion, and approaching our past experiences with curiosity, we can uncover and release old, self-destructive behaviors.
This process opens the door to lasting change and growth.

Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator
I believe that we can transform our behavior by cultivating a healthier relationship with the habits we've developed to protect ourselves from harm. These protective mechanisms—our defense mechanisms—are natural ways our minds and bodies shield our ego from emotional threats like embarrassment, judgment, and shame. It is not until we can identify and accept these parts of ourselves, that real change can take place.
However, in today’s fast-paced, often disconnected world, we've become so accustomed to building walls around ourselves that love and genuine connection struggle to break through.
Are you feeling stuck? Or a pull for change? Does your inner voice tell you that there must be another way? I welcome those who find themselves at a crossroads, ready to shift and grow into something more aligned with their true self.

The Guest House - Rumi
This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they're a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture.
Still. Treat each guest honorably.
They may be clearing you out for some new delight.
The dark thought. The shame. The malice.
Meet them at the door laughing. And invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes.
Because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.
